Our Mission

Para Ninos Del Valle Pediatric Home Health is committed to providing a level of quality care that encourages the safe and cost-effective delivery of home health services, maximizing patient autonomy, and coordination of community and agency resources, to decrease illness burden and unnecessary duplication of services, thereby promoting positive patient outcomes.

Employee benefits include weekly pay on Fridays, direct deposit (optional), overtime pay, medical health insurance for (full time employees), and Aflac.

We are looking for qualified dedicated individuals for the following positions:

Field Staff Nurses: RN or LVN (pediatric experience preferred, but not required) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients that include gastrostomy, tube feedings, tracheostomy, and oxygen/ ventilator dependent patients. Requirements: Valid Texas Driver’s License, SSN, active Texas nursing license, Healthcare provider CPR, criminal history check (done by agency), negative TB testing (done by agency) .

Providers: Job duties may include baths, oral hygiene, nail care, foot care, skin care, dressing patient, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, transferring, cleaning, laundry and escort. Requirements: Valid Texas Driver’s License, SSN, criminal history check (done by agency),negative TB testing (done by agency).
